Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Post-operative compression garments, surgical shapes, intimate supports, and items designed to come into direct contact with surgical wounds or skin cannot be returned or exchanged once the original packaging has been opened, unless a verified manufacturing defect is proven.
Defective Items: In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an inspection and authorized exchange process.
Unopened Products: General orthopedic devices and non-hygiene-sensitive equipment may be eligible for exchange within the legally mandated period, provided they are completely unused, unopened, and in their original sealed medical packaging.
